Refund policy
Your experience matters to us! Before shipping your candle(s), we personally inspect every item. We strive to deliver you a flawless product; however, because our candles are handmade, there could be minor imperfections. If you receive your candle and are not satisfied for any reason, please reach out to us at info@scent87.com.
If your item was damaged during the shipping process, we want to make it right! Please send us photos and request a refund or exchange. All refunds and exchanges must be requested within seven (7) days of arrival and returned to Scent87 within fourteen (14) days. Candles must be in new and unused condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Please contact us at info@scent87.com to request a refund or exchange. Upon approval, we will send you a return authorization code. After receiving your return code, package the item securely and mail your return to the following address:

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method when shipping your return.

Once our team receives your return and inspects the condition of your item, we will reach out to you with information regarding the refund. Upon refund approval, please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
