Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIME:
We try to keep our inventory fully stocked; however, in the event that our candles are flying off the shelves and we need to make more candles to fulfill your order, our processing time could vary.
In normal circumstances, your order will be on its way to you within 2-3 business days from the time you placed your order!
Every Scent87 candle takes 10 days to fully cure, meaning the wax and fragrance oil need to marinate to fully maximize your candle experience. If our inventory is low and we need to carefully craft your candle before shipping, we will reach out to let you know of the delay. In this case, your candle(s) will be on their way to you within 7-8 days from the time you placed your order.
SHIPPING TIMES:
You placed your order and are anxiously waiting to unlock those good scents and good vibes! Once shipped (after the processing time outlined above), your order should take 3-5 business days to arrive. You will receive an email from us to let you know when your order is shipped!
Please note that our Scent87 team does everything we can to ensure the 3-5 business day shipping time; however, once your order is in the hands of the mail carriers, delivery time could be altered by them for unforeseen circumstances. Once our team drops off your package to be shipped, we are not in control of shipping times or responsible for delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.
